Trinity Community Coalition Outreach, Inc

Trinity Community Coalition Outreach has been in operation since 2002 and gain its 501c3 status in 2007 in which TCCO's  goal is to end Homelessness. TCCO provides services to unaccompanied and accompanied men and women who are homeless with a goal to connect each resident with supportive services to address barriers that have limited their abilities to obtain and maintain stability.

There is a public need for housing, which is largely linked to crime and poverty among youth and adults or all ethnicities in Memphis TN TCCO target individuals and families who are homeless and are in need of emergency housing and has provided services to unaccompanied and accompanied men and women who are homeless since 2002. TCCO uses case managers who assist the residents in removing barriers that has kept them in a state of homelessness. These efforts are accomplished through TCCO’s program design of linking residents with mainstream services offered on site and through the TCCO’s collaborative partnership with community resources designed to address the needs of the homeless.

TCCO has provided a food pantry and clothes closet to meet the immediate needs of residents since its existence and has addressed the immediate needs of clients through an initial application process and assessment. The assessment determines their short and long term needs for successful adaptation back into society, The primary goal of TCCO is to connect each resident with supportive services to address barriers that have limited their abilities to obtain and maintain stability. TCCO primary goal for each resident is to encourage self sufficiency to obtain and maintain permanent housing.
